Property Audits
One of our services include a full property audit, we can conduct a full lighting audit on your business or multifamily property. This audit will include all energy saving measures for lighting on the property, interior/exterior/common area and will also include optional additional lighting if required or requested. Once the audit is complete our project analyst will review the notes and will forward to processing where an electronic version is generated in a scope format that will include a one-year return on investment page, showing the energy savings, equipment and labor savings over the course of the first year.
